We ship all our packages via standard letter mail with Canada Post. This can take anywhere from 7-21 days (excluding weekends and holidays). Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed.

What is your Return policy?

Unfortunately, We are unable to accept returns at this point, However, we want your experience with us to be a pleasant and memorable one. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order please email us at pahanya.life@gmail.com and we would be happy to help.

 

For Apparels

We will gladly offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all products returned to us within 7 days of your receipt of them.
 
Return policy includes;
·         The product must be in its original wrapper
·         The product must be in its unused condition
·         The product must contain its original label
·         Please note that you will have to cover the postage costs yourself.
 
An email will be sent to you as soon as we’ve received your return in its original condition and apply your refund to your original payment method. This is usually done within 5 -7 working day.
 
We try hard to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

HOW TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR PAHANYA PRODUCTS

SCRUNCHIES

Just Like your clothes, scrunchies are made using fabric. The same method can be used in washing it

​

HAND WASHING METHOD

1. Place your scrunchies in a large bowl or in the sink

2. Add warm water to a large bowl (or fill the sink ½ the way)

3. Add in a few drops of laundry detergent or shampoo

4. Wash them with your hands thoroughly

5. Rinse

6. Lay them out to dry on top of a towel or hang to dry

 

MACHINE WASH METHOD

1. Place your scrunchie in a laundry bag.

2. Wash on the delicate cycle option

3. Choose warm or cold water with the lowest spin cycle

4. Let them hang dry

 

​EARRINGS, BRACELETS AND BOWS

1. Place your products in a large bowl (we do not recommend a sink as you might lose the smaller pieces.

2. Add warm water to a large bowl

3. Add in a few drops of laundry detergent or shampoo

4. Wash them with gentle with your hands

5. Rinse

6. Lay them out to dry on top of a towel.
