All products at PAHANYA is handmade and it may vary slightly from the image you see on our website or social media. We will continue to try our absolute best to publish pictures as accurate as possible but due to the manufacturing process it may differ from one another.

When will the items be shipped after payment?

We will ship your items within 4 - 7 business days. 

 

How is my package shipped?

We ship all our packages via standard letter mail with Canada Post. This can take anywhere from 7-21 days (excluding weekends and holidays). Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed.

Please note, Neither Pahanya.Co Ltd. and Canada Post are responsible for lost packages if your shipping address is entered incorrectly.

Pahanya.Co Ltd. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

What are the Duties and Taxes charges?

For International Shipping, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which will be calculated once a shipment reaches your country.

 

Please note that Pahanya.Co Ltd does not have any control over duties taxes , the duration of package clearing from the port and we are not in a position to advice you on the amounts. Please contact your local customs office for information regarding this matter.

 

Pahanya.Co is not responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance and we will not be able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

What foreign transaction fees are there?

Fees applied at your bank are not under the control of Pahanya.Co Ltd. We do not charge additional transaction fees for your order.

 

Return and Exchange Policy

 

What is your Return policy?

Unfortunately, We are unable to accept returns at this point, However, we want your experience with us to be a pleasant and memorable one. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order please email us at pahanya.life@gmail.com and we would be happy to help.

 

For Apparels

We will gladly offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all products returned to us within 7 days of your receipt of them.
 
Return policy includes;
·         The product must be in its original wrapper
·         The product must be in its unused condition
·         The product must contain its original label
·         Please note that you will have to cover the postage costs yourself.
 
An email will be sent to you as soon as we’ve received your return in its original condition and apply your refund to your original payment method. This is usually done within 5 -7 working day.
 
We try hard to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

 

What is your cancellation policy?
