Why is your company called PAHANYA?

It is named after my daughter “Pahanya Kiyara” as it was her idea to start a creative brand. (although we call her Kiyara)

 

Where is your company located?

We are located in Whitby, Ontario Canada

Where are your products manufactured?

All products are manufactured in Canada. However, some raw materials may come from outside of Canada

My Order

 

How can I place an order?

Simply add as many items as you like to your shopping cart. Once your done shopping go ahead and click on “checkout” and follow the instructions there after. Once you provide us with the relevant delivery information and the payment is successful we will we will ship your package within 4-7 business days.

 

What is my order status?

Once your placed, you will receive an order confirmation within minutes. After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Your order can take up to 5 business days to be fulfilled. All packages are shipped through Canada Post.

 

Where can I find my order number?

Please check your order confirmation email, which is sent at the time you placed your order. Be sure to check all inboxes as well as your junk/spam folder.

How can I pay for  the items?

Items can be paid via the portal and we accept all major Debit/Credit Cards

 

Do you offer payment on delivery?

No, all payments need to be finalized before shipment is sent to the customer

 

Is there product pickup available?

No, unless we are at a fair or our products are available in a local store, pickups are not available for online purchases.

Do you ship out of Ontario?

Yes, Shipping charges may apply and it may take up to 8- 21 business days

 

Do you ship International?

Yes, Shipping charges may vary and it may take up to 8- 21 business days

 

When will the items be shipped after payment?

We will ship your items within 4 - 7 business days.

 

How is my package shipped?

We ship all our packages via standard letter mail with Canada Post. This can take anywhere from 7-21 days (excluding weekends and holidays). Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed.

 

Please note, Neither Pahanya.Co Ltd. and Canada Post are responsible for lost packages if your shipping address is entered incorrectly.

 

Pahanya.Co Ltd. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Pahanya.Co Ltd is not responsible for mistakes made by e postal service.

Pahanya.Co Ltd is not responsible PO Box problems

Pahanya.Co Ltd is not responsible for additional charges such as Taxes or Duties.

 

Do you charge duties and taxes?

For International Shipping, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which will be calculated once a shipment reaches your country.

 

Please note that Pahanya.Co Ltd  does not have any control over duties taxes , the duration of package clearing from the port and we are not in a position to advice you on the amounts. Please contact your local customs office for information regarding this matter.

 

Pahanya.Co Ltd is not responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance and we will not be able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

 

Pahanya.Co Ltd does not have any say or responsible for Customs policies in your respective country and its governance.

 

Do you charge a foreign transaction fee?

Fees applied at your bank are not under the control of Pahanya.Co Ltd . We do not charge additional transaction fees for your order.

 

Returns

 

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately, We are unable to accept returns at this point, However, we want your experience with us to be a pleasant and memorable one. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order please email us at pahanya.life@gmail.com and we would be happy to help.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

You have One hour upon confirmation to cancel your order. Failing which the order will be processed and delivered as per planned. If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact us at pahanya.life@gmail.com
